Construction will begin this summer on the first new building to be constructed
on historic Potomac Street in Brunswick, MD in almost 50 years. The engineering
team at Mendenhall Smith has played an active role from concept to completion
of this 2-story office building which employs “green” design principles
supported by the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED® program.
