This 140,000 square foot office building will be an icon at the very prominent
intersection of Ann Road & US95 in the northwest area of Las Vegas. 5-story
moment frames are incorporated into the structure to allow unobstructed views
on all sides of the building. Scheduled completion date is early 2005.
