As an integral part of a new medical campus, including a new hospital and parking
facilities, two 4-story medical office buildings were designed in harmony with
the entire campus. The structural system is cast-in-place concrete flat
plate floors with dropped caps. The entire building was designed to accommodate
future loads that are common to the healthcare industry.
