This approximately 900,000 sq.ft. retail center is situated at the corner of
the Las Vegas beltway and US 95 in the heart of Northwest Las Vegas. Mendenhall
Smith is the structural engineer for most of the retail, specialty shops, and
restaurant buildings on this 90 acre site. Special attention to detailing
at pedestrian areas such as canopies and breezeway structures is critical to
maintaining a human scale in the central village concept.
